1. Who is the controller

The address above is the association's registered office and may not be the training location.

2. What data we process

Information you send us

• your name or username,
• your email address or phone number,
• the contents of your message and any training experience or goals you choose to provide.

Technical data when you visit

The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. To deliver and protect the website and resolve technical issues, technical data may be processed, including IP address, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type, request time, page visited and technical or security logs.

Appearance preference

Your browser may store the selected mode in local storage under scp-theme. This preference is not used for marketing.

3. Purposes and legal bases

• Answering enquiries, arranging training or handling membership interest: steps at your request before an arrangement and the club’s legitimate interest in communication and organising its activities.
• Operating the website securely and reliably: legitimate interests in protecting the website, detecting abuse and resolving technical errors.
• Basic website measurement: legitimate interest in understanding whether the website is clear and which contact options visitors use.
• Compliance with legal obligations: where retention or disclosure is required by law.

The website does not use automated decision-making or profiling.

4. Who may receive the data

• authorised members of club management handling recruitment, training or administration,
• email, phone and telecommunications service providers,
• Cloudflare, Inc. and its suppliers for hosting, content delivery and website protection,
• the operators of Instagram and Facebook when you open or use those services to contact the club.

External services also process data under their own privacy terms.

5. Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Cloudflare and providers of social or communication services may process data outside the EEA. Where required by law, transfers rely on an appropriate transfer mechanism and safeguards.

6. How long we keep data

• Ordinary recruitment or information enquiries are kept for no more than 12 months after the last communication unless they develop into an ongoing relationship or material needed to protect legal claims.
• Data connected with membership, competitions, accounting or legal obligations is retained according to the applicable periods.
• Technical hosting and security data is retained by Cloudflare according to the settings, plan and contractual terms.
• The appearance preference remains in your browser until you change it or clear local storage.

7. Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict processing, the right to data portability and the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests.

If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.

8. Voluntary provision of data

Contacting the club is voluntary. Without contact information or the contents of your enquiry, however, we may be unable to reply or arrange a training session.

9. Cookies, analytics and external services

The website does not use advertising pixels or marketing cookies and currently contains no separate client-side analytics script. The hosting provider may process technical data required to deliver and protect the website.

Links to Instagram, Facebook, Google Maps and other external websites load only after you click them and are governed by the relevant provider’s terms. Platform information is available in the Cloudflare Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to this notice

We update this text if contact channels, service providers, processing purposes or legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page.
